When Yamaha launched the world's biggest jetski-engine last year, expectations were high and now we can say that the engine has real potential! That engine can be found in the FX SHO models from 2008 model year and FZR, FZS and from 2009 model year onwards. RIB Extreme Racing has been trying out a variety of parts in different combinations in order to offer a variety of packages with varying amount of tuning, depending on what you want with your Yamaha jetski. The idea is that, no matter how far you want to go into tuning and we'll offer a package that is optimized based on parts that work well together, it is our commitment to you. We use only the parts from prestigious suppliers such as TBM, RIVA, R & D and Motec to ensure the highest quality and reliability for our customers.
RIB Extreme Racing is the exclusive Motec jetski dealer in Sweden.
All packages are Dyno tested and the reported effects are delivered, you can feel safe as a customer of RIB Extreme Racing. The reported brakehorsepower effect indicates the effect on pump. In addition to bench tests run most of the packages for a longer time to collect as much data as just going and to constantly strive to improve the product, Trim Package "OPEN", for example, made Roslagsloppet, Saltsjöloppet and Uppsala Off-Shore in 2009 and placed the team on a 1st place in the OPEN class.
The topspeed and acceleration data are measured with Racelogics Video VBox, 90 kg driver, full tank, neutral trim, and 98/99 octane petrol. Note that it can distinguish + - no knots between different motors in basic design. The topspeed of our packages are based on model SHO, and FZR gives in almost all cases, an additional 0.5-1 knots higher top speed.
We advise against all non-experts to start trimming on your own, then it usually leads to severe engine damage.

We have tested a completely factory stock Yamaha SHOjetski in order to give you as a customer reference data to our offer trim packages.
All of our tests are carried out under almost identical circumstances:
-Full tank of petrol
-Neutral-tuning (nozlle)
-90 Kg driver with floatation jacket
-No movement in the water or wind affecting the speed of the jetski
-Measuring instruments Video VBox (Racelogics)

ENDURANCE
Greatly improved acceleration and a more aggressive engine response and higher top speed. Endurance tested trim package (Hahn 300) which is for long-term fullthrottle driving. A very affordable package with a lot of power for money. On the engine side, we have worked with the higher boost pressure and more free flow air intake.

A brand new jetski with regard to engine performance. Motec Stock is entry-level to a whole new jetski in the case of engine response and future trimming opportunities. With this trimpackage goes jetski really fast and there is usually enough for most people.
We have worked a lot with boostpressure, cooling and sustainability.

From here you can take the step up in the Open class at an affordable cost. New impeller, which is optimized to rest for best performance. The OPEN keeps you obviously M400 ECU but in addition to changing the other components around the engine for even greater aggressiveness and response. RIB Extreme Racing are pleased to announce; Motec M 400
-The sharpest and best ECU (Engine Control Unit) in the world, according to experts.
The effect increases dramatically in your jetski regardless of trim configuration. The engine change radically from the low to high rpm´s. Add a Motec M 400 on your factory stock jetski and you get the whole + 38 bhp (brakehorsepower at the pump) or trim, and you will receive "Monster Performance" with sustainability.

MOTEC TRACTIONCONTROL
Now we can optimize your ski´s acceleration provided you have a Yamaha SHO, FZR or FZS fitted with Motec ECU. We are conducting a score acceleration tests with your ski to get the best acceleration time. When we interconnect Racelogics VideoVBOX tests with Motec log, we present the optimal DBW (Drive by wire) setting for your ski´s acceleration regardless of trim configuration.

RACELOGICS VIDEOVBOX PERFORMANCE TEST
Now you can test the performance of your ski, motorcycle or car through us.
We use Racelogics recognized proffesional VideoVBOX which is equipped with dual cameras, gyros and GPS. It can record test on film camera 1, while camera 2 integrated into the film with so-called Picture in Picture function. Gyro measures the longitudinal g-forces (acceleration / deceleration) and lateral g-forces (g-forces laterally). GPS receivers have no lag when they measure the mathematical GPS-coordinates in real time.
An irreplaceable tool in trim or just a "receipt" of your vehicle's performance.
